Vineland Certified DOT Physical Examinations

Dr. Gage Kirstein specializes in helping commercial drivers get the physicals and examinations they need. Choosing the right Doctor is an important choice to make. Dr. Gage is here to keep you on the road!

Dr. Gage Kirstein completed a comprehensive examination and is included in the National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners for the Department of Transportation. His registry number is 2946835074.

The exam cost is $100. This cost includes a urinalysis to detect sugar, protein and/or blood in urine. We do not do drug testing. Please be sure to bring your drivers license to your appointment.

Our goal is to have you seen as soon as possible and examined in a timely fashion. Qualified drivers will receive their certificate same day.
